Jessica Riley, BACP Accredited Counsellor
Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of courage and strength.
Hello, and a very warm welcome to my website.
My name is Jessica (she/her), and I’m so glad you’ve made it here.
As a BACP accredited Person-Centred Experiential counsellor, I believe deeply in the innate human capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
My approach is rooted in the idea that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and authentic space where you can truly be seen and heard. The journey toward understanding ourselves can be challenging, and I am here to walk alongside you, with empathy and respect.
I bring specialised knowledge in both neurodiversity and trauma-informed care, ensuring a gentle, accessible and considered pace for deeper healing, and I am also qualified in Counselling for Depression (CfD), offering focused support for navigating periods of low mood and emotional difficulty.
My practice supports clients experiencing a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties and explorations around identity.
I have specialised experience in working with grief in all capacities, childhood trauma and with survivors of domestic abuse. I hold a practice that is inclusive of the LGBTQI+ Community, Neurodiversity and other marginalised groups. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for those navigating distress.
