You don't need to explain yourself here.
This is a space where you don't have to educate your therapist about your identity. Whether you are exploring your gender, sexuality, or simply want a therapist who "gets it" while you work on other life issues, safety and affirmation are the baseline, not an add-on.
What We Might Explore

- Gender Identity: Safe exploration of gender expression, transition (social or medical), and living authentically.
- Sexuality & Relationships: Navigating dating, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), or relationship dynamics without judgement.
- Minority Stress: Processing the impact of discrimination and building reliance against a sometimes hostile world.
- Family Dynamics: Setting boundaries or navigating difficult conversations with family members.
- Self-Acceptance: Moving from shame or confusion towards deep pride and self-compassion.
