Authentic & Safe

Navigating the world as an LGBTQIA+ individual can come with unique layers of complexity—from minority stress and coming out, to navigating relationships and family dynamics.

You don't need to explain yourself here.

This is a space where you don't have to educate your therapist about your identity. Whether you are exploring your gender, sexuality, or simply want a therapist who "gets it" while you work on other life issues, safety and affirmation are the baseline, not an add-on.

What We Might Explore

Your identity is a strength. Together, we can create space for:

  • Gender Identity: Safe exploration of gender expression, transition (social or medical), and living authentically.
  • Sexuality & Relationships: Navigating dating, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), or relationship dynamics without judgement.
  • Minority Stress: Processing the impact of discrimination and building reliance against a sometimes hostile world.
  • Family Dynamics: Setting boundaries or navigating difficult conversations with family members.
  • Self-Acceptance: Moving from shame or confusion towards deep pride and self-compassion.
