At Your Own Pace

Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, unsafe in the world, or stuck in loops of the past. It's not just about what happened to you, but how it impacts your nervous system today.

Safety is the priority.

We work in three stages: Safety & Stabilisation, Processing, and Reconnection. We never rush into the deep end. Instead, we build the resources you need to feel solid and secure before approaching difficult memories.

How We Work

This is a collaborative process where you are always in control of the brake pedal.

  • Nervous System Regulation: Learning to recognise when you are in "fight or flight" and finding ways to return to calm.
  • Understanding Triggers: Making sense of why certain reactions happen and holding them with compassion.
  • Processing Grief: Acknowledging the losses that come with trauma and allowing space for mourning.
  • Reclaiming the Self: Moving beyond "survival mode" to rediscover who you are and what you want for your life.
